Excellent experience. Rented a van for the weekend and had no problems whatsoever. I arrived a few minutes before pick up and there were a few staff available to get me going, which took around 10 minutes, after the staff member added a few more things to the vehicle checklist. I had the same experience when dropping off the van. Effortless is the best word to describe the entire experience! I dealt with multiple staff members and each person was friendly, helpful and efficient in what they did.

Our company hired a minibus with driver for some of our colleagues to inspect some work sites in Bucharest and Ilfov. We rented first time from Compact, but they gave us a good discount. We'be very happy with their services. Punctuality, very nice driver, qualified and very patient, a nice Mercedes minivan, luxury class. Invoice was delivered promptly via email.

Smooth operation, got my car (lovely little Corsa) which ran great. You inspect the car before and after as a pair to check for damages, and they are lenient on marks and scratches (only damage through the paintwork). My deposit was refunded there and then. Only small complaint: in the car lingered a bit of cigarette smell.

Exceptional services, professional driver and luxury car. We hired a car with driver for a guest of our ours, who spent few days in Bucharest. The driver spoke very good English, our guest was very pleased

Arrived on time to pick up the car only to be told it wasn’t there and we’d need to wait for at half of hour. Other thant that, the Skoda Octavia was new and it was a smooth car. My deposit was refunded in full at return.

These folks are pros. They get you in and out quickly. The cars are always really clean and they know what good customer service is. I've had a great experience here and will continue coming!

Very good service and we also got a better deal than the internet when we called. Car was fine. Did the job. The only negative is that they accept the deposit only by bank card credit or debit, no cash.
